In-person handover, key box or autonomous access can be considered based on security, building restrictions and expected service level. The right choice is not the most convenient for the concierge. It is the one that protects the property and simplifies arrival.

Autonomous check-in is selected if the property allows it, if building rules permit it and if security remains controlled. Concretely, Hostias:
- prioritises in-person check-in by a local agent when it adds value to the stay and the property
- sets up autonomous access (secure key box, smart lock) only when the property and the building allow it
- offers a hybrid format: in-person welcome on the first stay, autonomous access afterwards for returning guests
Can you handle late arrivals?
Yes, this is frequent in Nice due to international flights landing in the evening. Our offer is built for it:
