Who approves major changes?

Is this limited to Airbnb?
No, though Airbnb remains the primary platform in Nice and the French Riviera. Depending on your property profile and target market, we publish and sync across multiple platforms: Airbnb (main volume, international leisure guests), Booking.com (business travelers and last-minute demand) and others when relevant to the property type.
- Hostias maintains calendar synchronization across platforms to prevent double-bookings and ensures listing content is consistent in terms of pricing, rules and description
